    Basic Training is sports conditioning performed in a park or other open space using your own body as the weight or tool to increase strength and endurance. This workout style is characterized by fun and competition with others in group-oriented activities. Body weight exercises (like push ups), plyometrics (like bounding), balance and core conditioning are central activities in this style of training. This activity may be scheduled for groups of 5 or more in a park or open space near you.
