With over 30 marathons, ultra-marathons and 1/2 Iron Man triathlons to his credit Jeff is uniquely qualified to help you create a training program and help aid you in attaining your long distance race goals. Jeff has trained people whose longest run was less than a mile and coached them to complete races of up to 50 miles.
